Head Football Coach
Jeff Lebby, a dynamic play caller and the mastermind behind many of college football's most feared offenses, is entering his third season as the 36th head football coach in Mississippi State history. He was officially named head coach by Director of Athletics Zac Selmon on November 26, 2023.

Anthony Tucker was named Mississippi State's assistant head coach and running backs coach on December 1, 2023. In his 14 years of collegiate coaching, Tucker helped capture four conference championships and appeared in nine bowl games.

Zach Arnett the Bulldogs' defensive coordinator, returning one of the nation's most productive defensive minds to Starkville. Arnett previously served as Mississippi State's defensive coordinator from 2020-22, coordinating three consecutive top-five SEC defenses before being elevated to head coach in December 2022.
